Hi, I’m
Dr. Kelley
Wilson
I’m Dr. Kelley Wilson, a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD) who partners with older adolescents and adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by persistent thoughts and symptoms. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, chronic stress, ADHD, or other ongoing mental health concerns — and they’re ready for clarity, practical tools, and meaningful change. If you’ve tried to “push through” on your own and still feel caught in the same patterns, you’re not alone.
I earned my PhD in Combined–Integrated Clinical & Counseling Psychology from the University of South Alabama, where my training emphasized comprehensive assessment, accurate diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning. My background allows me to look carefully at the full picture — your symptoms, history, strengths, and goals — so we can create a treatment approach that truly fits you.
My style is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe therapy should be both insightful and practical. Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to your distress, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop clear, manageable strategies that support real progress. I value curiosity, honesty, and forward movement, and I work best with clients who are open to reflection and ready to actively engage in change.
I primarily work with adults and thoughtfully accept teens (14+) on a case-by-case basis. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, women’s issues, or life transitions, my goal is to help you gain clarity, reduce distress, and move toward a more grounded, confident, and fulfilling life.
My goal is not just symptom relief, but meaningful, sustainable change.
Therapy should provide clarity, direction, and practical tools you can apply in daily life.

My Approach
I provide evidence-based therapy for adults and older adolescents (14+) experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma and PTSD, chronic illness, chronic pain, alcohol use concerns, self-esteem challenges, women’s issues, and spiritual concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling mentally exhausted, stuck in repetitive patterns, or unsure why their symptoms persist despite their best efforts.
My work begins with careful assessment and thoughtful treatment planning. I take time to understand your history, current symptoms, strengths, and goals so we can create a personalized path forward. Treatment may include cognitive and behavioral strategies, trauma-informed care, skills development, and structured problem-solving — always tailored to your specific needs.
I specialize in helping my clients:
Reduce anxiety and regain a sense of calm and control
Manage depression and increase motivation and engagement
Address intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors related to OCD
Process trauma and build resilience
Improve focus and organization related to ADHD
Strengthen self-esteem and navigate life transitions
