Your first session is focused on clarity and understanding. We’ll discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, explore your current symptoms and history, and identify the goals you’d like to work toward. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand patterns, strengths, and challenges, and we’ll begin developing a clear plan for treatment. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and confident about next steps.

My practice serves clients in Daphne, AL (36526), as well as Fairhope (36532), Mobile (36601), and surrounding Baldwin and Mobile Counties. I work with adults and older adolescents seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, chronic illness, and other mental health concerns.

Do you work with teens?

I work primarily with adults but thoughtfully accept adolescents (14+) on a case-by-case basis. I especially enjoy working with teens who are motivated to better understand their anxiety, depression, ADHD, or self-esteem challenges and are open to practical, solution-focused strategies.
